Marketing Intern, BUILD Nigeria
Location: Hybrid (Nigeria & USA)

Role Overview
The Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in helping to tell the BUILD Nigeria story through various digital platforms. This position is perfect for creative individuals passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while making a real impact on our mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Design graphics, infographics, and other visual content
- Assist in creating and editing video content for various platforms
- Write blog posts and newsletters
2. Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels
- Monitor and engage with our online community
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
3. Marketing Support
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Support email marketing efforts and newsletter creation
- Help maintain and update the BUILD Nigeria website
- Assist with event promotion and coordination
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
- Video editing skills are a plus
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for education and youth empowerment
